Also congratulates Israelis on the 59th anniversary of their independence, calls upon U.S. president and secy. of state to reaffirm publicly and as U.S. policy that Jerusalem must remain the undivided capital of Israel, “strongly urges” the president to begin moving the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem, and “reaffirms Israel’s right to take necessary steps to prevent any future division of Jerusalem.”
