Provides $375,000 for the Israeli-Arab scholarship fund that allows Palestinians with Israeli citizenship study in U.S. institutions.
Prohibits funds being used to support the Palestinian Broadcasting Corporation.
Requires any consulate or diplomatic facility of the U.S. in Jerusalem to be under the direction of the U.S. ambassador to Israel. Requires government publications to list Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Allows Israel to be listed as the place of birth for passports, certifications of nationality, and birth registration when applicants are born in Jerusalem.
