States that Jerusalem has been Israel’s capital since 1950 and “undivided” and “governed by” Israel since 1967, and moving the U.S. embassy in Israel to Jerusalem will express U.S. support for Israel. Resolves that the House maintains its commitment to relocating the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem and urges the president to begin taking steps to do so, in accordance with the Jerusalem Embassy Act (Public Law 104-45).
