Hamas Human Shields Prevention Act

This bill would direct the president to block U.S. property transactions and entry into the U.S. of any foreign person or entity responsible for, complicit in, significantly facilitated, or provided material support for Hamas’s alleged use of human shields, including members of Hamas. The president would be allowed to waive any of these sanctions for 120 days in the interest of national security.

Furthermore, this bill would urge the president to direct the U.S. ambassador to the UN to urge the UN Security Council to pass a resolution imposing multilateral sanctions related to Hamas and human shields.
