Conveying the sense of Congress that the Muslim Brotherhood meets the definition of a foreign terrorist organization, this bill would require the secretary of state, in consultation with the intelligence community, to submit a report within 60 days detailing his reasons for concurring or rejecting Congress’s conclusions, as laid out in this bill, and justifying which criteria, if any, the group does not meet.
