H.R.4498
Introduced:
November 30, 2017
115
First
November 30, 2017
Referred to House (sub)committee

This bill would require the secretary of state to report annually to Congress on any transfer of arms to or cooperation with Iran in contravention of UNSC Resolution 2231, which endorsed the 7/14/15 Iran nuclear deal. It would also bar military assistance and export licenses to any country that engages in such transfers or cooperation. The president would be permitted to waive these restrictions in the interest of national security.
