“To provide for restrictions on travel by diplomatic representatives of the Palestine Liberation Organization while in the United States, and for other purposes.” Seeks to limit PLO officials’ movement in NY to a 25 mile radius from the UN Headquarters building due to violations of the Oslo Accords by the PLO. Urges the secretary of state to list Fatah, Force 17, and the Tanzim as terrorist organizations. Urges the UN to revoke PLO observer status in the UN General Assembly and “any status” related to the UN that allows the PLO to maintain an office in NY.
