Among the issues dealt with in the measure, it calls for Members of Congress and the Executive branch to raise the issue of anti-Semitism in OSCE members states in international fora; OSCE members to condemn unequivocally, among others, anti-Semitism; education programs on the Holocaust to be conducted by OSCE members states, especially targeting young people.
